Question
I need your help. I'm a 19 yr old female who is on a birth control called Depo. When I first got the shot the time I was suppost to come on my period I didnt come on which my doctor said some people periods stop when their on depo. But the problem I have is like 3 weeks after getting the shot I been bleeding heavy and now I been bleeding for 3months straight now. I went to my doctor and he gave me some pills to stop the bleeding in which he said the bleeding would stop in 2 days and now a week went by and I'm finished with the pills but I'm still bleeding. PLEASE HELP ME! whats wrong with me could I be pregnant? whats going on?

I don't think you are pregnant but it's a possibility. Can you go to a walk-in clinic over the weekend? If you do want to have a pregnancy test done, go to http://www.optionline.org and find a free testing center in your area. Hope to hear from you soon.
