Question
Hello,

I am just curious about something, hope someone can help me.Let me start giving some info on how my cycle runs;been on the bcp for years, and it runs like clock work.I would finish my activ pill on wed and start my period the follow mon or tues the latest.I have been taking Yasmin for over a year or so now till last month my OB gave me YAZ the sister pill(lower dosage),and when I took the last active pill on wed..I didnt spot till wed and then had my period on Thurs. This month it is now Wed 10:00pm and I havent started, not even spotting..could it because I switch to another birth control brand? or could I be pregnant? should I wait longer and see I get it tomorrow (Thurs)?havent had any other pregnancy symptoms.

Answer
Questions like this are hard to answer. It could be that the higher dosage pill was controlling your cycle and the somewhat lower dose is not exercising as strong an influence.

Pregnancy is possible. Do a home pregnancy test according to instructions.
