Question
since my daughter had the contraceptive injection a few years ago for a brief period, her acne has become terrible, her weight elevated by 60 pounds and periods stopped, she has now been told that she has poly cystic ovaries, i am convinced that the injection was the cause.could this be the case?
It is impossible to attribute direct causes to many health and sickness conditions on an individual basis. For example, if a woman gets breast cancer, would she say it was her age, her family genetics, her diet, or some other reason? Your daughter certainly should be under the care of a physician. It is very difficult to be able to say what caused her current conditions.

| Comment | a bit of a disappointment really, I suppose I wanted him to answer yeah or nay! but no one really knows what the effect of these pills/injections are in the long run....but it was very kind of him to respond, and thinking about it, he would have been in serious trouble had he confirmed a manufacturers name as a cause! | ||
