That is so funny you say that Brigid.

I am on the exact same kind of pill and this month I started mildly spot bleeding the first week of pills, and then by the start of the third week of hormones my period started, leaving me with no cycle on the placebo pills.

BUT - my doctor said that the pill dose is either to high or to low for me depending on what day the period begins while taking the pill.

This can be adjusted, just ask a REAL gyno.

:)

You can still have your period though you are pregnant!!!  I did.  I had it regularily and monthly till 5 months.

I have the exact same problem. I have been on loestrin fe24 or whatever for like 6 months. At first I use to get my periods regular, then I got the dumb idea of skipping my inactive pills and not having a period. Then I really got spooked one month and took plan B on top of my pills (which I take everyday just not at the same time). That has screwed my cycle up for months! I took pregnancy test every month all negative! Im finally getting back to normally because I am getting a period, before I wasn't. Yes, it is irregular but my period has been out of wack for months so! If anyone could actually help me I would appreciate that! Thank you

Your period is a natural normal function of your body. Protect your fertility. Birth control pills are bad medicine for something that is delicate and easily destroyed. Now is a good time to quit using the pill.
