I am really glad that I found this site because I had this very exact question. I have been off birth control for a month now and was supposed to get my period on Monday (it's not Thursday) and I have cramps but still no period. I figured that the reason I was late but still had cramps was because my body was adjusting. Thank you for clearing up this very frustrating and stressful question of mine.
