With all due respect, that answer didn't make complete sense. You said "Yes, they are just as effective as any other form." but then you said "Sometimes those are just not as effective as the regular dose birth control."

It can't be that rare to become pregnant while on Alesse. I myself have been on the pill and have just found out 2 days ago that I was 4 weeks pregnant and 2 of the girls at my sisters work have become pregnant while they were on the pill. I'm beginning to hear about this more and more, so Alesse really isn't that effective.
