Question
I have read that there is an herbal one time a year pill that women in India take after giving birth that sterilizes for a year--and that there is a diiff. form of that herb that will do the job permanently ?? have you heard of such herbs and do you know of any other herbal methods of birth control such as stone seed that may be a more natural option for me--I can not take a hormonal birthcontrol ---I just had my fourth child --as much as I would love another I have been told it could be potentially dangerous for both me and the baby if I had any more. Thank you

Answer
The stone seed birth control methods can be toxic. I suggest avoiding them. Why not look into the Natural Family Planning methods. They are even more natural than herbal and other folk methods. Check the web site http://www.irh.org/nfp.htm and call your local natural family planning teacher for information.
