Question
i have been on ortho tri cyclen lo for close to a year. i have never lost or missed a pill (although i have been late a couple of times) until tonight, April 6th. I either lost it or took two in one night and didnt even notice. It was the last pill before i started my placebos. My start date is on a Saturday. I am just concerned on what i should do. hope you have an answer or atleast a suggestion!

Thank you.

Answer
Did you read the instructions that come with the pill? The instructions should tell you what to do in this case. It's toward the end of your cycle so there should be no problem. I expect you will get your regular period and continue as you have been doing.
