Birth Control/nonhormonal iud

Question
I am considering the nonhormal iud.  I have two children and am not 100% sure I am done yet.  However I have been on the nuva ring for 4 years and my Dr. just took me off due to side effects that were happening (not to me) but the blod cots risks in legs.  I tried the pill but after years of not taking I seem to forget.  I want a product that works but has no homones and you don't have to remember everyday.  I want to know will my husband feel this iud inside of me during intercourse?  And do most people have the heavy periods?  Mine are super light and I love that from the past ring method.

Answer
Have you considered the natural non-hormonal methods?  Natural Family Planning is totally risk free, hormone free, benefits your health and your emotional well-being and includes your husband in the process.  It's also no cost!

Check out this website:  www.ccli.org for further information.  OR google "Natural Family Planning" and see what websites there are for information, also.

Anytime you put a foreign object into your body you have risks.  And the risks are not same nor are the side effects the same for each woman.  The only way to know if it will cause you heavy periods or if your husband will notice it, is to have it inserted.  What happens to "most people" may or may not happen to you.

Expertise

Natural Family Planning is a risk-free, safe, and economical alternative to chemical and barrier contraceptives. NFP is easy to understand, aids in fertility awareness for spacing children as well as increasing communication and assisting couples to concieve. I do not answer questions about other forms of birth control.

Experience

I have personal experience with all birth control methods, I practiced NFP throughout my child-bearing years and I am a paralegal with great research skills. I am totally convinced this is a viable alternative and I can back-up my statements with research.
