Question
I've had my period for two and a half weeks now? what should i do? I've already been diagnosed with PCOS, and i went off birth control a year ago, and just recently (this period) I'm back to long periods. can i start birth control again? should i wait for this period to end?

Answer
Hi Kayt,
Thanks for your question. Please consult with your physician as I am not a medical doctor. To me, this sounds abnormal and something you should see about. There might be some problem that you should have taken care of. I'm not sure what PCOS is.
Why do you want to start birth control again? Please let me know any other info to help me advise you. You can email me at DCHERYL51@yahoo.com
