Birth Control/Is there a possibility that I may be pregnant?

Question
I had started on the ALESSE 28 pill and three days after I had intercourse with my boyfriend for the first time. We used two condoms plus a spermicide film. Would the pill be effective within those three days if taken at the same time? Is there a chance that I may be pregnant?

Answer
Hi Jenelle..
You should be ok using 2 condoms, spermicide and the pill. But there is always that slight chance of pregnancy. No method or combined methods are 100% sure in preventing pregnancy. The only method that is 100% is abstinence. You can go to this website to find out more info about a pregnancy testing center in your area. It's http://www.optionline.org
You can call and ask them what they think about you taking a test. Hope this helps. Feel free to email me and tell me what happens.
