has anyone ever gotten pregnant while being on the iud?? i am on it now and am a week late on my period should i be concerned?

Thanks for your question. I'm not a medical professional so please check with your doctor about your question and any other health questions. Yes, you possibly could get pregnant while on the IUD. I would be a little concerned but have you had much stress in your life. Stress could also make you late on your period. Can you get a free pregnancy test? Call 1-800-395-HELP or go to http://www.optionline.org to find a free testing center.
