Question
Can the nuvaring cause me to be steril? Can you tell me more about the nuvaring? Thank you for your time for reading this and answering my questions. Have a nice day.          Jennifer Emerson

Answer
just checking again to see if you received my email.

Hello,
I emailed you back on Nov. 22 and haven't heard back from you. Did you receive the following email?

Diane Cheryl

Hi Jennifer,
The nuvaring has many side effects and dangers. Are you using it yet or can you consider another method or abstinence? Please email me at DCHERYL51@yahoo.com and let me know. Some of the side effects are headaches, weight gain, nausea, moodiness, spotting, cramps, etc. I also found a slight risk of breast cancer listed. It works by using hormones and I don't recommend any method that puts hormones into a woman's body. The risks are usually associated with the estrogen component in the ring. In a small number of women estrogen affects the way the body forms blood clots. This may cause blood clots to form in the legs, lungs, brain or other vital organs causing serious health problems.  So hope this helps and I can tell you more if you email me.
