Question
I stopped taking the pill at the beginning of February I had my period on the 12th of February. I should have started my period on the 12th of March but it is now the 15th and no period. I took a pregnancy test this morning it came back negative. Is this normal for your period to be late because i'm never late?  Thank you.

Answer
Hi Stacey,
Thanks for your question. I'm not a medical doctor but I have done much research on this subject. Yes, it can be normal to be late on your period. How old are you? You might have taken the pregnancy test too soon or maybe you are not even pregnant. I would recommend checking this website http://www.optionline.org and see if there is a free prenancy testin center in your area. They could tell you when to take the test and give you a free one there.
Let me know how things go by emailing me at DCHERYL51@yahoo.com
Hope to hear from you soon.
