Question
I have been on birth control for at least 15 years and i now want to get off and start trying. how long will I need to be off before I could start trying and make it count?

Answer
Hi Macy,
Congratulations on your decision! Hope you have good luck.
It depends on your age and what kind of pill you have been taking and other circumstances. I'm not a medical doctor so you could check with him/her. In my opinion and according to what I read you should take a few months to get your cycle back to normal. Read this article-it's very interesting.
