Hello,  I was wondering if there was a good Non Hormonal Birth control method.
I'm not suppose to have any kind of hormonal drugs.  My family has a long history of breast cancer and I also have a genetic disorder called Neurofibromatosis (NF for short). It cause tumors to grow on the nerves in my body. Hormones trigger the growth of the tumors.  
I currently have the Mirena. I need to have it removed because of the problems its causing me with my NF.  I did try the non hormonal IUD but my body rejected it and caused me to get a infection.
I really want to find something that isn't a diaphragm or cervical cap type of method.  When my husband has his spontaneous moments I can see us easily risking it rather then messing with a cervical cap.
Are there any pills or patches that don't contain hormones?  Or any pills that are safe to take with a history of breast cancer?

The only non-hormonal birth control methods I know of are Natural Family Planning or condoms.

I'm glad that you are wanting to get off hormonal methods. That is the best for your health.
Yes, get the mirena removed as soon as possible. No, in my opinion, there are no pills safe to take for your health. I don't know of any patches that don't contain hormones. That is how it works.
