ANSWER: There's no software on the CD that is "needed" to get the BlackBerry to run. Can you tell me what errors you're getting as well so I can help you?

QUESTION: Thank You Steve For taking time to Help me out. 1st; I'm not sure I have all the software from the CD. Here are some of the errors that I get are; No Flash Player/Need to update/I tryed. No reader/update. No standard web browser/I tryed. Constent web page errors that say: Request Too large. 404 + other numbers saying error. Can't format a memorycard/Failed. These a few!! Any suggestions for me? Thank you Steve. Misty
Answer The BlackBerry browser is a very simple browser. It doesn't have a Flash player and it can't display complex pages. 404 is a server error meaning Page Not Found - not a problem with the BlackBerry.
Make sure you're using a MicroSD card that is compatible with the BlackBerry. Turn on Mass Storage mode (haven't got a BB in front of me at the moment - it's under Options somewhere).
The CD contains the BlackBerry desktop manager which allows you synchronise your address book in Outlook and it contains software to allow you to use the BlackBerry as a modem. Other than that there's nothing else that you'd need.
