BlackBerry and BES - Sync Multiple Outlook Calendars to one BB Tour calendar (Verizon)

Question QUESTION: Steve,
You previously answered this question:

I am using a Tour and want to figure out how to get my two outlook calendars to sync to my BB. I don't need two calendars on the BB, they can be in one BB calendar, but color coded on the BB.
Any ideas?
Muchos Gracias!

The answer that Steve gave that you referenced is actually the same answer for your current question. Nothing has changed with the BlackBerry as it relates to the calendars and what you are wanting to do. Whether you have a Curve or a Tour, this works the same. Have you tried doing what Steve suggested previously? If so and it didn't work, what part didn't work and perhaps I can assist you further? Thanks. DebiN

QUESTION: Debi-
I can't get the appointments from the second outlook calendar to show up on my BB at all. If I go into the Options>Advanced>Default Services menu, it says "Calendar (CICAL):" with a drop-down that has only one option: "Desktop".
If I go to the calendar and go to the "Calendar Options" menu I see listed under the Calendars list only one calendar called "Desktop". I can select that, which takes me to the "Calendar Properties" menu. There, I can change the color setting for the Calendar called "Desktop". I'm thinking there should be another calendar on the Calendar Options menu...?
Any idea how to get the items from my second calendar to even show up on the BB?
Thanks!
Bob
Answer Are you using BIS or BES? Do you get your work emails, calendar and contacts via sync through the air on your BlackBerry? If you don't have BES, you can't use multiple calendars. The place that you need to go to is the Desktop Manager software loaded onto your PC:
Per Steve's original response: In order to sync the different calendars, go to the desktop manager application, sync options, advanced, and in the calendars section, tick the checkboxes next to the calendars you want to sync.In order to sync the different calendars, go to the desktop manager application, sync options, advanced, and in the calendars section, tick the checkboxes next to the calendars you want to sync.
If you have multiple calendars available, they will show on the Desktop Manager. If you don't, then they won't be there and you can't have multiple calendars. You can't sync a calendar in Yahoo or other programs if that's what you are trying to do.
So let me know if this makes sense. Thanks. DebiN
