Can a mild thecal sac compresion at C3, with no radicular compression, cause vision impairment that needs new glasses prescription every 3-4 months?

yes thats the common problem associated with this , thats whay i advice regular eye check ups every 2-3 months infact in some extreme cases every month too and repeated topographies which will tell us as to the progress or deterioration
