do you know of any way that i can get an autographed picture of the band? Like where i can buy one that has the actual signature rather than a reprint?

Hi Hannah,
 It's always going to be difficult to find a genuine autographed picture of any band, let alone one which has split like Blink 182.
You could try eBay, but you'll never be certain that it will be genuine.
Your best bet is to buy a picture of the band and then wait until (+44) of Angels and Airwaves are palying in your town and ask them to sign it there and then.
