I have that yellow guitar of tom,i want to know why did he sold him,and can i buy another guitar of him?and does their band still exist?

By yellow guitar of Tom I assume you mean his Fender Signature.
Well he sold out his Fender contract so they don't make any more of those now because he only plays his Gibson. He has a signature Gibson they make but its pricey. His signature Fender's are still around but you'd have to buy one used. And his old band blink-182 does not exist anymore. He left in 2005 to form his new band Angels & Airwaves who are currently on tour with the release of I-Empire. Thanks and ask more questions if you have them.
