Hi Nikki,
I think your best bet is to join the official fan club of Angels and Airwaves; The Army of Angels. It costs to join but I'm pretty sure that Tom is more likely to read the mail you send him. If you go to www.himynameismark.com, you can leave comments to his blogs, which is probably the best way to let Mark of Travis know what you want to say. On top of that, I would recommend their myspace pages.
I'm afraid that I can't guarantee that your messages will be read, let alone replied to, but it's worth a try.
