Hi Doug,
First of all, sorry it's taken so long for me to get back to you. I have had limited access to the internet at the moment and it's taken me this long to get to my emails.
As far as contacting Tom Delonge is concerned, your best bet is to join the 'Army of Angels', the angels and airwaves fanclub. The problem is that it costs to join and the only thing toy seem to get is a more exclusive forum to post messages on, and the occasional media update.
Mark and Travis are notroriously difficult to contact, and again I'm going to have to refer you to their fansite. himynameismark.com is mark hoppus's personal website. You can post messages on there but that's about it.
That's about as far as I can help you in regards to contacting the band I'm afraid. Sorry I can't help you any more,
