Behind his right ear on his neck he has Jennifer written out and hearts. Obviously stating his love for his wife, Jen. The buildings on his right peck represent his love for cities. He also has the traditional punk star on his wrist. Aside from that, I can't help you much because after much searching I can never find him explaining any of his tattoos, only the ones I've said. The difference between Tom and Travis' tats (Mark doesn't have any) is that Travis will only go to certain artists and plan his out whereas Tom goes to whoever is closest! In an interview with Mark and Travis Travis said that after he's planned his out Tom will think of a cool design on the way to the parlor and have it done anywhere. So contact wise?
