Question
Hi. I bought 10 shares of this stock on Monday. It was announced that morning that IBM was buying the company. Since the 14th the stock appears to be frozen and no longer trading. It stands about $18.50. Will it convert to IBM stock and when? Can I still sell and get out? Thank you

Answer
If the stock is halted, no you can not sell. This would be in the press releases. Sounds as if it is halted and you will not be able to trade. About 1/2 the mergers work out. Therefore, this is still a fact to happen, without any certain future events.
