Blue Chip Stocks - exactech

Expert: Dr. Joseph de Beauchamp - 7/7/2006

Question
What are you feelings on exactech?  It is a local company where I live (Gainesville, FL).  Do you think I would have to hold long time to make it worth buying?

Thanks for the comments on Winn Dixie.  I read today that bankruptcy plans will wipe out all of the common stock.  Creditors and lenders will own company.

Question -
Comment of winn dixie(wndxq) stock. Do you think it will rebound?  At .06 per share is it worth the gamble?

Answer -
Gary,

You might want to read over the 10-Q on the pinksheets.com --this company has less cash than you or me. The stock is down and I would not touch a stock without a clear website posted on the pinksheets. Not enough cash or information to invest in this company.

Answer
This one at least has a website, and financials posted on the http://pinksheets.com. Seems as if the same problem applies, though. There is no analyst that covers this company. I would suggest that you email the company to send you all the information in printed form. This is how I knock out a few companies that do not respond. You should be aware that I never write on a company that does not send me the financials.

At least this company is not rock bottom and in the pennies.

Also, I never recommend stocks to anyone unless they can afford to own at least 10 different company stocks.
