Bluebirds/When are bluebird eggs are not viable?

Eggs that are jarred, fall, are handled by a human, or are suddenly kicked by the brooding female due to disturbance may not be viable, as the sudden jerking can detach the inner white of the egg from the shell wall, causing failure. A growing embryo may suffer injury in the same way.
