1.IS THERE A GENERAL CULTURE CONNECTED TO R&B?
2.DO YOU HAVE TO BE OF THIS CULTURE TO APPRECIATE THE MUSIC?
Sorry for the late reply Mr. Yousef , I just got the notice today for some reason I have not received any notice of you question but anyway, YES there was and still a general culture surrounding R&B "Love , Sex , Dances..etc"
Ofcourse you don't have to be from this culture to appreciate this music.
