Ronnie Earl (born Ronald Horvath, March 10, 1953, New York) is an American blues guitarist and music teacher.

Nick Katzman (born 1951) was born in New York,
Steve James and Al Copley  were also born in New York. There may be a few more; I hope this helps. Regards, George
