About Chris
Expertise
I can primarily answer questions about sports simulation games (Strat-O-Matic, APBA, Replay, as well as out-of-print games), and can also answer questions on Euro-family and/or wargames (by manufacturers such as Avalon Hill, GMT, Rio Grande, Mayfair, etc.). I ONLY deal in strict boardgames - not `physical` games, and rarely, will I have an answer on a CCG or RPG. As far as boardgames go, if I don`t know the answer, I have enough contacts through various conventions and forums to find the answer quickly!

Question
Hi  i want to know who made this game? it come with-Play Action Cards, that went like, PASS to LF who shoot in 2.  2 would be the area where Left Forward shot from. The player card rating was like- MELVIN TURPIN FGA 14  DEF 3  IS 12  OS 9  FT 66  REB 8  PF 2 IJ 1  FA 6  FD 7 ect, it was the 82-83 season. this game came with yellow blank cards and papers with college teams rating on them,to let you copy witch teams you wanted. example, ACT: A pass to post who shoots from 3   SHOT: Good if 3 or better.  I would like to have some info on that game so i can try to find another one. THANKS

Answer
Hi Eugene,

Yes - the game is Real-Life Basketball -- they had pro and college teams available. The manufacturer was Valgames - which was a gaming company run by Bobby Valvano (Jimmy Valvano's brother).

You can get "the game" - through downloads - at Jeff Downey's site Tabletop Sports (http://www.tabletop-sports.com/modules.php?name=UpDownload&req=viewsdownload&sid...).

Hope this helps!

Chris
