Question
hello i have 2 carrom games they are in ok shape. it says they are style E no.1 archarena. i was wondering what the value of them would be in good shape.

Answer
Hello Joe,

Thank you for your question.  First off, the value of the board is seriously in the eye of the beholder.  That means that a person that covets that board for their collection will value it more than your neighbor down the street.

With that said,  I did do some research and found a good page on the Carrom Company website detailing the work of probably the foremost Carrom Board Collector.  It appears your board is from the era of 1899-1939.

Here is the page from the Carrom Company with some more details on the history of the boards.

Your best bet to get a value on your particular board is to find one of these collectors and get a proper perspective on the board.

Hope this helps you,

Expertise

I can answer most questions about tabletop and commercial card games. I am NOT a good source for wargame or eurogames information. My favorite questions are what game is this? Where can I find this game or game rules?

Experience

I have been board game collector/seller since 1993. I am also one of the top ten sources for games and related materials on the internet.
