Hello Ken,

If the box is great shape (mint with very slight wear) and everything is there (Goal Posts, ball, record disc, etc.) you could get over $80.00 to $100.00 for it.  

Mattel made the "talking" vesion.  Aurora made this in 1972 I believe with Cowboy QB Staubach on the cover, also.
