I recently purchased a copy of Tactics II off of eBay for a remarkable price but with one drawback:  I have no rulebook.  Do you know of any places where I could obtain the rulebook?  Preferably for free (an e-copy, etc.) but any option would be a plus.  Furthermore, I understand that there are several editions to the rules.  Which one do I want to obtain and are there large differences between them?

Hi there, become a member of www.BoardGameGeek.com (it is free) and do a search for Tactics II.  You will see what members own the game.  Send emails to those who own the game and ask for a copy or scan of the rules.  The 1958 rules and the "II" rules are pretty much the same other than some clear-ups and added rules.
