Board Games/old board game

Question
In the 70's I used to play an educational game with my Dad.  I think it was called Sentence Builders, but I'm not sure.  It was Scrabble-esque in that each player had a tile holder but the tiles (really cardboard squares) were words from the different parts of speech - nouns, adjectives, verbs, prepositions, etc.  The object of the game was to complete a sentence using a certain number of nouns, verbs, adverbs... The nouns had black squares, the verbs had red, prepositions were green, adjectives were gray... I can remember it as if it were yesterday.  As a kid it really helped me understand sentence structure and parts of speech.  I'd love to have a copy today so my kids could learn these things in a fun way too.  Have you ever heard of it or know where I could find it?

Answer
Liz,
Well, I searched my stacks....and nothing comes up where I find games with tiles and prepositions and the likes as you described.   I will contine to research this but am afraid I do not have the answer at this moment.   I will be attending a gaming event in a couple weeks I will ask around.   Please email me at indispieler@yahoo.com and I will keep searching until I find something out.
Sorry,
Mickey

I can assist with answering "what is the name of...?" or locating instructions or playing pieces for most board games (not video games). This can be a frustrating search for people, let me assist you. I thoroughly enjoy researching this stuff!

Experience

I have over 1000 board games and have been collecting and playing them since a very young age.
