Question
low oil warning wont reset.
oil tank is full, bled at least 1 cup from bleed port

what else could it be?

Answer
Check the float on the oil cap. Take the cap off the tank and see if the float is stuck in the down position. With the key to the on position move the float upwards and see if it turns off. If so that is your problem. Sometimes they stick a little.
