Do you know a site that has a Manuel down loaded to look at and read?? I just bought a boat and I don't think it gets full throttle  It just moves the carb linkage a little when I give it the gas   mike

I do not know of a site that you can download a manual, but with the engine noe runningf take the flame arrestor off and inspect the carb intake if it is wide open with the throttle wot then it is not a cable problem...at wot the carb should be wide open to let feul anf air thru...
