Question
I just bought a 26 foot 1995 probass suncatcher pontoon boat, with a 115 hp mercury outboard and a quicksilver 3000 controller.

Where can I get an owners manual for a 1995 quicksilver 3000 contoller?   I cannot figure out how to :  (1) have throttle control at startup without being in gear and (2) what does the switch on the controller labeled  (off / run)  do?

the manual for the engine may have the controls in it...if it has a button on the handle it must be pressed in for throttle only....or pull the handle out when starting...the off/run  is for a kill cord to go on the toggle in the run position, when the cord is pulled the engine will stop...off...
