Jeff I forgot to ask you one more thing about the shift cable installation. after it is installed how do you adjust it again thank you

Here too you will need a good service manual to follow the entire procedure. I'm sorry I can't help more but it is simply beyond the scope of this site to try and explain what takes pages in a service manual, with pictures. Here again If there is a specific question I will try to help.
