My 200 XP is giving me fits right now.  It will start up and run at full speed with no problem.  The next time I fire it up to move to a new spot it might run at half or three-quarters speed.  I have checked the wiring and just replace the power pack last year.  What suggestions do you have to look at next?

Make sure the fuel tank is vented..when it messes up if you hit the choke does it make a difference? If it does its fuel...if it doesn't its fire...could be a stator coil going bad it is under the flywheel...Do you see and melted exopy under the flywheel...look....
