Question
When turning ignition on, makes a whirling sound, then blows fuse, will not start. Any ideas thanks

Answer
Check all the wires for damages, try to move wires that are zipped tied together or held together, make sure the wire is not stuck (melted to another) Check at the ignition switch.  If it has charging capabilitys then also check the rectifyer and leads..
