HI THERE, I CHANGED THE IGNITION KEY ON MY 1989 JHONSON GT V6 150 HP AND NOW I LOST THE PAPER WHERE I WROTE THE CABLES COLORS THAT GO ON THE IGNITION KEY. IT HAS 6 PORTS WITH LETTERS. IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME  AND LET ME KNOW WHAT COLOR GOES WITH WHICH LETTER THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!

Don't know the letters, but with an ohm meter you should be able to find         starter wire, voltage with the key in the crank position  yellow wire ?    purple wire voltage in the on position  M i think is ground but check with meter.  purple w stripe... choke..volrage when in choke mode. should be it   good luck  let me know..
