My power trim needs human help to lift up while switch is on and will not stay up.  It has little resistance coming down.  No leaks and level is good.  Also bleeded the system.

sounds like the manual release in not sealed good...go to the boat in think it is the right side of the transom bracket there is a screw it should be tight right had thread i think, but just make it sure it is tight position either way  one way is manual release the other way is turned off. that valve has to be tight for the trim to stay at one spot..
