my 15hp evenrude engine wont start i changed the plugs but
it still won't start please help.

Have tested the charge in the battery?

The problem is in the starter circuit. Check the connections between the battery and the starter motor.

Disconnect the ignition and check through the voltage check points you need a 12 volt reading all around the circuit. Use a voltmeter and follow the circuit. If the starter motor does power then somewhere there is a lose connection or corroded wires.
