I bought this motor as is not runing found out it had no spark so I found 2 coils on the net. sears no longer has them I CLEANED THE CARB. IN CARB. CLEANER SOAKED 20 MN. NOW IT STARTS RUNS 1 TO 2 SEC. THEN WONT START AGAIN FOR AN HOUR OR MORE AND SOMETIMES A LOT LONGER

Here's a few ideas and checks:

check the fuel supply hose installation

is the fuel vent restricted?

maybe the fuel filter is jammed

Fuel is contaminated

Incorrect spark plug gap

Thermostat faulty.
