1986 wellcraft aft cabin with merccrusier 350 right side floor motor mount is not holding floor under it caved in how can i remount motor mount to floor can i but a steel plate over floor

you can remove or replace the mount but when you are done you have to realign the engine with the drive shaft of the sterndrive.  first remove the stern drive...then work on the floor repair..
alignment tool is available aftermarket..can order ship it to you..
