i have a 15.3 that has a cracked transom i wnat to fix it mayself where do i start?

Hi Mike,

i'm not familiar with Scouts. However if the transom is fiberglass, then you can fix that with resin etc. For a full description pop over to

Get some resin and apply it to the crack, allow it to set - give it 24 hours and then put on the gelcoat layer and sand.
