Question
Everett,
I have 0 PSI water pressure at idle, 5 to 7 PSI up to 3000 RPM, and 0 Psi from 3000 to WOT and the temp. gauge shows the engine to be running hot at RPM's above 3000.
I have installed new thermostats and impellor and I have ordered parts to replace the poppet and all new gaskets and seals in the pump housing.
I have inspected all of the water jacket that I can see and can not find any signs of corrosion or scale build up anywhere.
Is there something I am overlooking that could cause this problem?

Answer
picking mt brain  I like this one.......ok

1  double check the inpeller, some have seperated fom the brass letting it spin........
2  there is a a rubber bushing that the water tube goes in to the adapter housing under the powerhead..., could be faulty..
