motors missing.  getting fire to all cylinders.  in the water will bog down for about 50 yards, and then all of a sudden will pick up and run right.  has new plugs.  now it only misses.  Thanks for your time.

could be a fuel problem, try to hit the choke when it stalls does that help or not..if it does then clean the carbs..if it doesn't then you could have a hole corroded in the exhaust plate..that would let water in the cylinders...any water on the plugs..???
