QUESTION: the powerhead was removed when it was rebuilt.could it be in reinstalling the connection/ the tube inside the lower unit. Also, how do I  make sure not clogged, where do i check. Thanks Paul

Answer
if the powerhead was removed to rebuild it   was the water pump replaced also...if it was then the lower unit came off and the tube could be off..when you run it you should be able to see the water coming out when running  if not, then pull the lower unit and check...
