Question how do i winterize a mercury 1500 150 hp engine
Answer change the lowerunit oil, stabilize the fuel, run engine on flushers for a while to get gas in engine dissconnect fuel line and spray fogging oil in each carb while it is running out of fuel.. pull prop and grease prop shaft..grease all fittings..if you want to pull plugs and spray fogging oil in holes when done.. then reinstall plugs...
